Job summary

phs Compliance is recruiting a Planning Administrator in Golborne, Warrington. This full-time permanent role involves scheduling the work for a nominated group of engineers within an allocated area, ensuring services meet SLAs and KPIs while maintaining efficient, professional planning.

You will support engineers, update systems, and liaise with customers and the retention team. The role offers a competitive salary, 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, a pension, and ongoing career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and customer service-oriented environment.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload to achieve KPIs.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work for engineers to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Organise workload to maximise profitability and client satisfaction.
• Manage order book in line with department KPIs.
• Assist engineers to ensure workloads are completed on time.
• Keep business systems updated and complete paperwork accurately.
