Bosch Thermotechnology Ltd. in Worcester offers an Undergraduate Placement Year 2027 for a Planning & Insights Intern. The 1-year, full-time placement runs 39 hours per week with a structured program across planning, MI analysis, and real-time analytics within the Contact Centre.

You will build practical experience, develop analytical and planning skills, and collaborate on cross-functional projects while contributing to customer support and operations excellence.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of degree.
• 2:1 degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in data analysis, workforce planning and operational decision-making.
• Right To Work in the UK for the duration of the placement.

Responsibilities

• This role gives you the opportunity to experience a variety of areas within the Contact Centre, from scheduling resources and analysing MI reports to using real-time analytics and supporting day-to-day operations.
• It’s a great opportunity to build practical experience, develop your analytical and planning skills, and gain a better understanding of how a busy Contact Centre operates.
• Alongside day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll have the chance to engage with intern, social and eco committees and work on your own projects and ideas.
