The Clancy Group in Livingston is seeking a Planner to support the SMART Metering Programme for Scottish Water. You will help organise jobs from the outset, ensuring requirements are understood and work instructions are clear for our operational teams.

You will monitor progress, resolve issues, raise traffic management requests, and liaise with colleagues and customers to confirm requirements and manage expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule work for operational teams using a range of systems.
• Prepare clear, accurate work instructions for teams.
• Monitor progress from start to finish and keep records up to date.
• Act as a point of contact to resolve issues and keep work moving.
• Raise, process and close traffic management requests (footway/road closures, notices, permits).
• Liaise with colleagues and customers to confirm requirements and manage expectations.
