Job summary

The Clancy Group in Camborne is looking for a Planner to join our South West Water operations support team. In this fast-paced role you will coordinate operational works, keep jobs on track and ensure teams have the information and permits they need to carry out work efficiently.

You will plan and schedule work using internal systems, convert requests into clear instructions, monitor progress, and liaise with colleagues and customers to manage expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling or operational coordination in utilities or construction.
• Familiarity with streetworks permits and NRSWA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work for operational teams using internal systems and planning tools.
• Turn work requests into clear, accurate instructions.
• Monitor jobs from start to finish and track progress.
• Coordinate with colleagues and customers to manage expectations and resolve issues.
• Prepare and track permits and notices, including traffic management and road closures.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately within required timescales.
