The Guinness Partnership is seeking Planned Works Co‑ordinators to join our team in Sheffield on a full‑time, permanent basis to efficiently manage HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) cases.
We operate a hybrid working style, where you spend 3 days per week working in the office and 2 days working from home.
We are looking for someone tosupport the Planned Works team, ensuring residents remain informed and that all legal, regulatory, and safety standards are met. The role involves managing Damp & Mould cases from initial report through to resolution, ensuring compliance with Awaab's Law, statutory requirements, and internal KPIs. You will coordinate remedial works, maintain accurate records, provide proactive communication to residents, respond to enquiries within agreed service standards, and ensure all resident information is managed securely in line with GDPR requirements, delivering a high-quality service throughout.
