The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Repairs Surveyor to cover Central London locations with agile, hybrid working. You will carry out surveys and inspections, oversee subcontracted repairs, and ensure all works meet Guinness standards and timeframes while maintaining excellent resident communication.

We are looking for a Repairs Surveyor to join our team covering locations in Central London. This is a full time, permanent role offering agile working.
The overall purpose of the role is to carry out surveys and property inspections, oversee the delivery of subcontracted repairs and ensure repairs are highlighted and completed in accordance with Guinness standards and timeframes.
What we are looking for
We are seeking someone with strong technical knowledge of building standards, experience in HHSRS assessments, and an understanding of responsive, voids and planned repairs. You will be confident managing contractors, working independently, delivering excellent customer service, and communicating clearly.
