Dalcour Maclaren invites graduates to join its Graduate Surveyor programme, shaping the next generation of land and rights professionals for utilities and infrastructure projects. You will sit APC or ATC to become MRICS or AssocRICS, gaining extensive on‑the‑job experience and mentorship from our RICS-trained team.

Successful candidates hold a qualifying degree and a UK driving licence, enabling effective land access management across the UK.

Formación

• Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to develop professional accreditation (MRICS/AssocRICS).
• Full UK driving licence required to access sites and client meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide land and property advice to clients on infrastructure projects.
• Negotiate Heads of Terms and licences with stakeholders for project delivery.
• Conduct site visits, notices, and condition reviews to support land access.
• Assess and advise on compensation claims and disputes related to land and assets.
