Places Leisure, part of Places for People Group, seeks a Placemaker to deliver a welcoming, high‑quality customer experience at our centre. You’ll showcase products and services, help customers choose memberships and activities, and handle enquiries using our digital systems.

You’ll work toward membership and secondary spend targets, support enrolments, and ensure data is managed in line with procedures. The role offers ongoing training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Experience supporting customers with products, memberships or activities.
• Experience following up customer enquiries using relevant systems or technology.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, friendly environment for customers at the centre.
• Showcase the centre's products and services and assist with memberships/activities.
• Assist customers in finding suitable membership and activity options.
• Follow up enquiries using the technology provided.
• Work towards membership and secondary spend targets and support enrolments.
• Handle customer information in line with data management procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the centre.
