Places Leisure is part of Places for People Group, delivering active places and healthier communities across the UK. We seek a Placemaker to create a welcoming environment, help customers choose memberships and activities, and drive participation across our centres.

You will follow up enquiries, use our systems and sales tools, and contribute to cash handling and casual retail/catering opportunities, ensuring services align with data policies and centre standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.
• Ability to follow up customer enquiries using digital systems and technology.
• Experience supporting sales, membership, enrolment or customer retention activities.
• Experience handling cash and processing transactions accurately.

Responsabilités

• Create a friendly, welcoming and supportive environment for all customers.
• Help customers find the right membership, activity or programme to meet goals.
• Proactively follow up enquiries and support membership growth and participation.
• Handle transactions in line with procedures and support secondary spend opportunities.
