You will follow up enquiries, use membership systems and sales tools, manage transactions, and contribute to membership growth while delivering great service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer-facing role or customer service setting.
• Ability to follow up customer enquiries and prospects using digital systems.
• Experience supporting sales, membership, enrolment or customer retention activities.
• Experience handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
