Places Leisure is recruiting for a Reception and Sales colleague to join our lively team. You will be the first friendly face for members and guests, handling inquiries, sign-ups and membership services with a proactive, customer-focused approach.

You will work in a dynamic leisure centre environment, supported by ongoing training and development opportunities to grow within the Placemaker pathway and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in sales and customer service is beneficial.
• You will create personable relationships with customers to help them join and enjoy Places Leisure.
• You will multi-task and manage daily tasks with confidence and organisation.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and assist customers, new members and visitors.
• Process memberships, bookings and payments accurately.
• Promote facilities, classes and services to drive sales.
• Support daily operations to ensure a friendly, efficient centre environment.
