Job summary

Jolyon Marshall Limited is seeking a Retail Concession Manager to oversee daily operations, maximise piercing studio utilisation and drive sales of jewellery and aftercare products within a leading department store environment.

The candidate will lead a small team, ensure exceptional customer service, recruit and train staff, and coordinate promotional initiatives while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in ear piercing or beauty industry or a closely related retail sector.
• Strong leadership and people management with proven motivational skills.
• Excellent customer service focus, plus ability to educate and advise customers.
• Experience planning promotions, rotas and day-to-day running of a concessions unit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a high-profile concession within a host store.
• Manage concession inventory and ensure consistent supplies for trading.
• Lead the team to maximise studio utilisation and sales of jewellery and aftercare products.
• Onboard additional concessions as they become operational.
