About the role

You will ensure our customers' needs are exceeded at all times while working across various areas of the store, making each day different. Responsibilities include filling shelves, serving on tills, managing stock levels, and picking deliveries. Your efforts will ensure customers receive everything they need quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and reporting any discrepancies to the manager.
• Checking product quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.
• Providing high-standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
• Polite communication with delivery staff, responding appropriately to queries and complaints, and referring complex issues to a supervisor.
