Order Picker/Warehouse Operative – Afters

This is a temp to perm contract, offering all candidates the potential to earn a permanent position within our client’s team. Upon securing a contract, you will have access to benefits such as bike to work scheme, cinema discounts, and health & fitness benefits.

**Due to shift times, candidates must live local to Goldthorpe or have their own means of transport**

Pay Rate:

£12.50, increasing after 12 weeks to £13.84

Job Details:

Type: Temp to perm

Location: Goldthorpe, S63

Shift: Any 5 days out of 7 on a monthly rota (includes weekends). Sunday to Thursday set rota, 12:00-20:00 (shift times may vary between 7-9 hours).

The Role:

• Achieve daily pick rates/KPIs
• Voice picking using a headset
• Operate a LLOP (low level order picker)
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Ensure products are secured, correctly marked, and dispatched
• Work can be physically demanding
• Maintain a clean and tidy workplace, clear spillages/breakages immediately
• Full training provided over a 12-week structured plan
