About the role

You will be expected to ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in various areas of the store. No two days will be the same. Whether it’s filling shelves, serving on the tills, managing stock levels, or picking deliveries, everything you do matters in providing quick and efficient service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the accurate picking and dispatch of goods, checking quality and shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.

Providing high-standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to targets.

Dealing politely with delivery staff, responding to queries and complaints, and referring complex issues to appropriate personnel.

Candidate Requirements

A positive attitude, comfort working to meet pick rates, and a passion for customer service. Punctuality and proper presentation are essential.
