Qualifications

• Experience designing and landing projects with step-change improvements.
• Project management experience.
• Commercial awareness and ability to make sound financial decisions.
• Full driving licence and willingness to stay away from home when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage store communications and weekly updates; report on opportunities to improve the model.
• Support Optima cross-load settings; analyze data and maintain store mapping.
• Drive innovation to reduce costs and improve quality refunds through data.
• Coordinate all elements of the pick operating model from order download to delivery.
• Design and test data presentation methods for key stakeholders to support decisions.
