Job summary

Asda in Wallington is seeking an Online Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our online service in-store. You’ll keep the team engaged, ensure vans are on the road and customers are happy, with a strong focus on online shrink and rota planning to optimise picking accuracy.

The role requires prior experience as a Team Leader or Manager in complex online retail, with excellent organisational skills, flexibility for day shifts, weekends and evenings, and a passion for delivering great

Qualifications

Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
Operational knowledge on Online retail environment.
Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
Strong organisational skills and great customer service.
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute all trading activity on the shopfloor to deliver availability and key metrics.
Lead and coach the team to improve processes and sell with personality.
Drive value across online operation and respond to customer feedback with action plans.
Develop talent and create an environment where staff feel valued and empowered.
