Job summary

ASDA are seeking a Pick Optimisation Analyst to join their Online Operations team in Leeds. The role focuses on translating strategic aims into tangible projects with cradle-to-grave delivery, aiming to create a market-leading pick operating model with a customer-first approach.

You will coordinate store-level pick operations, develop data-driven insights, and present findings to senior stakeholders. A hybrid working pattern is offered, with 3 days in a Home Office and additional site visits as

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Online Grocery operations in store.
• Experience in designing and landing projects and step change improvements.
• Project management experience.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to make sound financial decisions.
• Full driving licence and the ability to stay away from home when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all elements of the pick operating model within a store from orders downloaded to the van.
• Design, test and implement ways of presenting data to key business stakeholders to support decision making.
• Ad-hoc reporting and data analysis using Power BI to monitor performance.
