ASDA Stores Ltd. Halifax is seeking an Online Manager to oversee the day-to-day in-store online operation, ensuring accurate picking, timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in online retail.
• Operational knowledge of online retail environment.
• Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste and managing shrink.
• Strong organisational skills and customer service.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute trading activity on the shopfloor.
• Lead and coach team to improve routines and processes.
• Improve availability and CSI in online operation.
