Job summary

Fletchers Group is seeking a driven Litigation Executive to join the Personal Injury team in a hybrid Southport role. You will manage 100–150 RTA MOJ portal PI files, progressing claims from instruction to settlement, valuing up to £25,000 and escalating where appropriate.

You will be responsible for negotiations, documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional client care and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling personal injury claims and MOJ portal processes.
• Strong understanding of Civil Procedure rules and regulatory standards.
• Excellent organisation and meticulous attention to detail.
• Clear, proactive communication with clients and colleagues.
• Target-driven with ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support others.
• Experience valuing and negotiating settlements on PI claims.
• Knowledge of vulnerable road users in PI cases is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 100–150 RTA MOJ portal PI claims.
• Progress claims through MOJ portal stages and review liability.
• Instruct medical experts and obtain/review medical evidence.
• Value claims up to £25,000 and identify higher-value cases.
• Prepare settlement packs and negotiate settlements with insurers.
• Maintain accurate case records and diary systems.
• Escalate to litigation or technical input when needed.
• Provide regular client updates and manage expectations.
