You will operate with autonomy, supported by insurer relationships and specialist PI expertise within an established broker. Hybrid working and a clear path for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Current or recent experience in a sales-focused Professional Indemnity insurance role.
• Proven track record of generating and converting new PI business.
• Strong knowledge of the Professional Indemnity market.
• Experience developing relationships with professional-services clients.
• The confidence to prospect, network and create opportunities.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new Professional Indemnity opportunities.
• Build your own profitable portfolio of PI clients.
• Develop and manage a sustainable new-business pipeline.
• Prospect and engage with professional-services firms.
• Build relationships with introducers and key decision-makers.
• Attend networking events and raise your presence in relevant communities.
• Prepare and present persuasive insurance proposals.
• Negotiate with insurers to secure terms and coverage.
• Collaborate with internal broking and technical teams.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients you win.
• Identify cross-selling and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to the brokerage's continued growth.
