Job summary

Cavendish Maine in Bristol is seeking an experienced PI Account Handler to join its team. You will work with Account Executives on a varied PI book, including solicitors and construction, handling renewals and day-to-day queries.

The role offers hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 at home) with a salary up to £47,500 negotiable based on experience, and the backing of a national broker with room to progress into client service, broking or specialty paths.

• Extensive experience handling PI business across multiple lines.
• Experience with PI classes such as solicitors, construction and others.
• Proven ability to trade with insurers and manage client queries

You'll work alongside Account Executives on a broad mix of PI, including solicitors, construction, miscellaneous and others.

What You'll Do:

• Work with Account Executives to look after a varied PI client base
• Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments and day-to-day client queries
• Prepare submissions and trade with PI insurers
• Keep client records and placement information up to date

What You'll Need:

• Plenty of experience handling PI business
• Experience across different types of PI, including solicitors, construction, miscellaneous and others
• Proven experience trading with insurers
• Experience of working with account executives
• Acturis experience would be advantageous.
