Job summary

Stride Resource Management Ltd in Bristol is seeking a hands-on Professional Indemnity Account Handler to support renewals, market submissions and client servicing for a nationwide PI portfolio.

You will work closely with Account Executives and PI colleagues to reflect professional risk on policies, handle queries and help with mid-term adjustments, renewals and terms, while developing broader PI exposure knowledge.

Qualifications

• Managing renewals and mid-term adjustments across a portfolio of Professional Indemnity clients.
• Preparing renewal information and submissions for insurers.
• Obtaining, reviewing and comparing terms from the market.
• Working with Account Executives and clients to make sure cover reflects the underlying professional risk.
• Handling client queries and maintaining regular contact throughout the policy period.
• Liaising with insurers and underwriters on terms, endorsements and coverage queries.
• Maintaining accurate broking records and ensuring documentation is completed properly.
• Supporting the wider team with new business enquiries where required.
• Developing your technical understanding of PI wordings, exposures and insurer appetite.
