**Position Overview**

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a **Physician Assistant (PA)** specializing in **Behavioral Health** to join our growing team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality mental health care in a supportive, innovative environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

+ **Monitoring the work queue** for any asynchronous requests from patients established with psychiatrists at Likemind.

+ **Conducting follow-up visits** with patients who have already been assessed by psychiatry, addressing their ongoing mental health needs.

+ Providing **timely care** to patients who may need to be seen sooner than their established psychiatrist can accommodate.

+ Collaborating with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, effective care delivery.

+ **No On-Call Requirements** : You'll have regular hours (Monday – Friday) with no on-call duty, ensuring a good work-life balance.
