  • Create, update, coordinate and deliver timely and impactful training, coaching, dashboards, reports and communications for leaders, managers, super users and users, with a focus of accelerating behavioral change and adoption of enterprise best practice.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support the simplification and enhancement of our CRM platforms and our preparedness for a single instance, with the aim of providing an optimized user and client experience.
  • Respond to all queries and actively encourage idea generation across the business.
  • Provide triage and guidance to BSI stakeholders for change and optimisation demand requests prior to IT submission.
  • Ensure requests align to the CRM roadmap priorities and best practice.
  • Arrange and monitor the effectiveness of UAT testing, implementation and impact of the changes once deployed.
  • Document, maintain, update and enhance our end-to-end CRM processes, ensuring changes are tracked, approved and communicated.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
  • Proven experience in supporting the implementation, adoption and optimisation of commercial CRM systems.
  • Demonstrable end to end project management and ownership.
