Introduction:

What you'll be doing:

1. Provide 1-to-1 support to members via message-based chat and phone/video calls;
2. Apply our digital approach to surgical prehabilitation and management of musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions;
3. Deliver online Group Learning webinars;
4. Moderate in-app peer groups;
5. Assist in the clinical validation of new therapeutic programs.

What you'll need to have:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy;
2. At least 3 years of clinical experience in treating musculoskeletal disorders, including pelvic health;
3. A passion for personalized, holistic care that views health beyond just the absence of disease;
4. Excellent interpersonal skills suitable for digital interactions, capable of engaging members;
5. Ability to balance clinical duties with member empowerment, behavioral change, and motivation;
6. Hard-working, capable of handling a fast-paced environment;
7. Strong commitment to data security and privacy.

Additional preferred experience:

1. Completion of additional pelvic health education courses, such as Level 1 pelvic coursework or equivalent;
2. Experience in delivering behavioral support (e.g., addiction, weight loss).

Salary: £28,264 - £44,573 annually, including base (£27,584 - £43,346) and total compensation; net equity value per year: £781 - £1,227.
