**Position Overview**

We are seeking a **Nurse Practitioner** with a focus on **Behavioral Health** to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Health. This fully remote role is ideal for a compassionate and driven healthcare professional who is dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients in need of psychiatric support.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

+ **Monitoring the work queue** for any asynchronous requests from patients who are established with psychiatrists at Likemind.

+ **Conducting follow-up visits** with patients who have been assessed by psychiatry, addressing their ongoing mental health needs.

+ Providing **timely care** to patients who may need to be seen sooner than their scheduled appointment with their assigned psychiatrist.

+ Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, high-quality care delivery.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

+ EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program

+ EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience

+ CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION -

Psych-Mental Hlth Nrs-ANCC (MHN-BC)

Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Registered Nurse (RN)

Basic Life Support (BLS): Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire or transfer.
