You will lead risk assessments, investigations and assurance activities while supporting the security function during organisational transformation.

The role requires strong advisory capabilities, cross-functional collaboration and the ability to manage security in a large, evolving organisation across the UK.

Qualificações

• Senior security leader with experience in physical and personnel security.
• Experience delivering security risk assessments in large organisations.
• Advising on security capability development in complex environments.

• Lead Physical and People Security across the organisation.
• Direct the adoption of security controls, policies and standards.
• Plan risk assessments and oversee investigations with lessons learned.
• Develop NH-wide incident response policies, plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with National Authorities and chair Security Forums.
