Job summary

Qualifications

• Recognised professional security certifications or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in security senior management in a large organisation.
• Sound organisational and communication skills during transformation.
• Ability to analyse, plan, lead, engage and deliver results.
• Knowledge of physical security technologies, personnel security, risk management and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable the delivery of Physical and People Security for Hd SO&I.
• Adopt and implement appropriate security controls, policies and guidance.
• Plan risk assessments and direct investigations, including lessons learned.
• Develop NH-wide Physical and People Security Incident Response policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with National Authorities and chair Security Forums and SWGs.
