National Highways is strengthening its Digital Services function and is recruiting a Physical and People Security Lead to develop and implement security capabilities across the business, with risk-based policies, standards and guidance to support secure delivery of digital solutions.

The role is hybrid with two days in the office, across National Highways locations in the UK, and requires SC clearance; five years’ UK residency is normally required for vetting, with exceptions considered.

Qualifikationen

• Security leadership at senior level with advisory capability.
• Knowledge of physical and personnel security risk management.
• Experience shaping policies, standards and governance.
• Ability to influence and communicate across a large organisation.

Aufgaben

• Lead delivery of Physical and People Security for Hd SO&I.
• Develop and implement NH-wide security policies, standards and guidance.
• Plan risk assessments and oversee investigations, lessons learned and improvements.
• Develop NH-wide incident response policies and plans.
• Work with national authorities as appropriate.
• Chair and support Security Forums and Security Working Groups.
