Job summary

Arts University Bournemouth in England is seeking an experienced photography professional with strong studio and location-based expertise. You will bring hands-on skills in commercial photography, studio management, lighting, and equipment handling.

You will plan, build, operate and troubleshoot lighting and camera systems, support tethered shooting, and assist students and colleagues to develop technical confidence and professional practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in studio and location-based photography.
• Hands-on experience in lighting planning and operation.
• Ability to maintain and test equipment and ensure health and safety.
• Experience in higher education is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, operate and troubleshoot professional lighting and camera systems.
• Support tethered shooting and a range of photographic workflows.
• Prepare, test and maintain equipment; manage studio operations and health and safety.
• Deliver demonstrations and provide practical technical support to students and staff.
