• Good teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced studio environment

Responsibilities

• Support the Photo Studio Manager and Programme Leader in executing studio operations.
• Assist in preparation and execution of photo shoots.
• Maintain studio equipment and inventory.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth studio running.
• Help set up and break down lighting, cameras, backdrops, and props.
• Offer on-set support, adjusting lighting and positioning props as needed.
• Act as a stand-in for lighting and composition tests when required.
• Coordinate materials for photo sessions and archive digital assets.
• Assist with file transfers and basic editing or retouching where applicable.
• Welcome students to the studio and support their needs during visits and shoots.
• Support events, workshops, or ad-hoc activities in the studio.
• Help manage studio schedules, bookings, and supplies inventory.

• Ensure all studio activities align with the studio’s guidelines and professional standards.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down studio equipment, including lighting, cameras, backdrops, and props.
• Help maintain studio cleanliness and organization, ensuring a safe and productive environment.
• Provide on-set support during photo shoots, such as adjusting lighting, positioning props, and organizing equipment.
• Act as a stand-in for lighting and composition tests when necessary.
• Assist in coordinating and preparing materials for photo sessions.
• Support the team with file organization, transferring images, and basic photo editing or retouching (if applicable).
• Maintain an organized archive of digital assets and ensure backups are up to date.
• Welcome students to the studio, assisting with their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist with events, workshops, or ad-hoc activities.
• Help manage studio schedules, bookings, and inventory of supplies.
• Assist with shooting in support of students and school activities when necessary/needed.

Education And Desirable Skills
