Job summary

Practice Plus Group's Pharmacy team at HMP Wormwood Scrubs in London is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to deliver a high-quality, safe prison pharmaceutical service while maintaining efficient operations.

You will work within the healthcare department, have direct patient contact, and participate in ongoing training, CPD, and clear career development opportunities supported by regional and national programmes.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent must be held.
• GPhC registration is required to practise as a pharmacist technician.
• Commitment to CPD and professional development must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist with provision and delivery of an integrated prison pharmaceutical service.
• Work within the healthcare department and maintain direct patient contact as part of the healthcare package.
• Deliver high standards of care in line with National Guidelines.

Education

Registration with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Wormwood Scrubs, a category B Prison located in London. In this role you will have the opportunity to provide the highest standards of healthcare to our patients, without having to compromise on efficiency.

Hours

Monday to Fridays: 07:30 - 17:30
Weekends & Bank Holidays: 08:30 -17:30

Salary

This position is full time working 37.5 hrs per week and you’ll receive an annual salary up to £45,331

Qualifications Required
