Asda Stores Ltd in Golborne is seeking a Pharmacy Practice Manager to blend patient care with commercial focus. You will lead the pharmacy team, deliver patient safety standards, and drive profitable pharmacy operations within a busy store environment.

The role reports to the Area Manager and offers hybrid support with clinical governance and regional collaboration to ensure excellence in service.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• Accredited to deliver national and local NHS and private services.
• Balance the role of line manager and pharmacist to ensure safe working.
• Inspire and motivate your team to hit defined KRAs and drive results.
• Handle difficult situations while maintaining strong store and field connections.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all Pharmacy-related targets and deadlines.
• Manage the store Pharmacist and Pharmacy Colleagues.
• Lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team to ensure excellent patient experience.
• Support reports and locums to maintain high professional and safety standards.
• Collaborate with in-store, regional and home office teams for guidance.
