Job summary

Asda Chapeltown Pharmacy is seeking a highly capable Practice Manager to balance patient care with commercial delivery. You will lead the pharmacy team, ensure safety and governance, and drive service excellence whilemeeting NHS and private sector standards.

You will manage pharmacists and colleagues, deliver targets, and work with wider store and regional teams to support a thriving healthcare offer in-store.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• Right to work in the UK; safeguarding qualifications.
• DBS check and Live Update Service enrollment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience.
• Manage the store Pharmacist and Pharmacy Colleagues and ensure compliance with GPhC standards.
• Deliver pharmacy-related targets and deadlines while driving a profitable business.
• Provide support and development for direct reports and locums.
