Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Chapeltown is seeking a Pharmacy Practice Manager to balance patient care with commercial focus. You will lead and develop the pharmacy team, manage the store Pharmacist and colleagues, and ensure patient safety and compliant service delivery under GPhC standards.

The role includes delivering pharmacy targets, working with in-store and regional teams, and applying clinical skills to enhance patient experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid GPhC registration and eligibility to work in the UK.
• Relevant safeguarding qualifications and DBS checks are required.
• Experience delivering NHS/private healthcare services in a community pharmacy context.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience.
• Deliver pharmacy-related targets and deadlines and manage the store Pharmacist and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with GPhC standards and maintain patient safety and service quality.
• Collaborate with in-store, regional and home office teams for clinical and service queries.
