Job summary

Asda Norwich is seeking a Pharmacy Practice Manager to lead the store's pharmacy operations, blending patient care with commercial focus. You will manage pharmacists and colleagues to deliver excellent service.

You will drive targets, ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance, and coach the team to meet KRAs while collaborating with NHS/local services. DBS checks and UK work rights are required.

Qualifications

• A valid GPhC registration is required.
• Right to work in the UK evidenced at application.
• Relevant safeguarding qualifications and DBS checks required.
• Ability to balance line management with pharmacy responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team to deliver patient care and service targets.
• Manage the store Pharmacist and Pharmacy Colleagues to support a best-in-class customer experience.
• Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance within GPhC standards.
• Collaborate with NHS and private healthcare services to deliver NHS/local services.
