Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Skelmersdale is seeking a Pharmacy Practice Manager to join our store team on a part-time basis. The role blends patient care with commercial drive and requires a strong leader to manage the store Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues.

You will lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience, ensure safety and compliance with GPhC standards, and work with regional and store teams to achieve targets. DBS and right to work in the UK required.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• Accredited to deliver NHS and local NHS services.
• Able to balance line management with pharmacy duties.
• Proven leadership to achieve KRAs and drive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team to deliver patient care and excellent service.
• Deliver pharmacy-related targets and deadlines and manage the store Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues.
• Support the development of direct reports and locums with high professional standards.
• Ensure compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governance.
