Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Bridgwater is seeking a Pharmacy Practice Manager who combines patient care with commercial leadership. Reporting to Area Manager, you will lead the in-store pharmacy team and ensure safe, compliant, patient-focused service.

You will develop staff, manage locums, meet NHS/local services targets, and collaborate with regional teams to drive profitability while upholding GPhC standards. The role requires a fully qualified pharmacist, UK right to work, and a DBS live update.

Qualifications

• Must hold GPhC registration and be registered to practice in the UK.
• Experience delivering NHS and private services.
• Able to manage store pharmacy team to meet KRAs.
• DBS check and right to work in the UK required.
