Job summary

Asda Walton is seeking a Pharmacy Practice Manager to lead our pharmacy team and drive both patient care and commercial performance. You will oversee the store pharmacist and colleagues, ensure high clinical governance, and deliver NHS/local services with strong leadership.

The role requires a fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC, DBS clearance, and right to work in the UK. You will report to the Area Manager and operate within Asda’s standards.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• Accredited to deliver NHS and private healthcare services.
• Able to balance the role of line manager and pharmacist to deliver a safe working environment.
• DBS check and enrollment in the live update service is required.
• Right to work in the UK and safeguarding qualifications must be demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience and safety.
• Deliver NHS and local private services through the pharmacy.
• Manage the store Pharmacist and Pharmacy Colleagues to meet targets and deadlines.
• Drive customer service excellence and profitable store performance.
