Job summary

You will oversee the store Pharmacist, drive patient safety and governance, and work with regional teams to implement local services while mentoring staff to achieve KRAs.

A fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC is essential, with a passion for healthcare and delivering

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team to deliver patient care and commercial targets.
• Manage the store Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues to meet KRAs.
• Deliver all pharmacy targets and deadlines while maintaining high service levels.
• Ensure compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governance.
• Collaborate with in-store and regional teams to support clinical services.
