Asda is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Practice Manager in Barnsley to lead a busy in-store pharmacy team. The role combines patient care with commercial accountability, delivering targets and managing the Pharmacist and colleagues to uphold safety, governance, and service quality.

You will support NHS/local services integration and drive a profitable pharmacy operation within the Asda network. DBS and GPhC compliance are essential, with robust team development and customer service at the core.

Qualifications

• GPhC registration is required and maintained.
• Right to work in the UK must be demonstrated.
• Safeguarding qualifications are required and DBS checks exist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient care and meet targets.
• Manage the store Pharmacist and Pharmacy Colleagues, ensuring safety and governance.
• Deliver NHS and private services while maintaining high professional standards.
