Job summary

Asda Chapeltown is seeking a Pharmacy Practice Manager to lead the store's pharmacy team and deliver high-quality patient care. This full-time, permanent role combines clinical responsibilities with commercial oversight in a busy retail environment, with a 44-hour week and dayshift patterns.

You will manage the pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues, ensure compliance with GPhC standards, and drive NHS and private services delivery while supporting the store's profitability and patient safety goals.

Qualifications

• GPhC registration is required and current.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Safeguarding qualifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to deliver patient care and safety.
• Manage the store Pharmacist and Pharmacy Colleagues.
• Deliver pharmacy-related targets and deadlines.
• Support GPhC operating standards and clinical governance.
• Coordinate with NHS/local services and private healthcare delivery.
