Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Pharmacy Practice Manager for Stevenage to lead a pharmacy team, delivering patient care and commercial results within a store setting. The role combines clinical leadership with people management and governance responsibilities, ensuring high standards and compliance.

You will manage the Pharmacist and colleagues, drive targets, and collaborate with NHS/private services while supporting regional and home-office teams to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• Accredited to deliver NHS and private healthcare services.
• Balance line management with pharmacist duties to ensure safe working.
• Inspire and motivate team to achieve defined KRAs.
• Experience handling challenging situations with store and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience.
• Manage the store Pharmacist and Pharmacy Colleagues and ensure compliance.
• Deliver all Pharmacy-related targets and deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to GPhC standards and clinical governance.
• Collaborate with regional and in-store teams for clinical/service support.
