Job summary

Asda in Hounslow is seeking a Pharmacy Practice Manager. This role blends patient care with commercial focus, leading the store pharmacy and colleagues to deliver outstanding service and clinical governance.

You will be a fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC, able to deliver NHS and private services, and to balance line management with safe, compliant practice. The role includes weekend and weekday shifts per rota.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• Accredited to deliver NHS and private healthcare services.
• Able to balance the role of line manager and pharmacist to deliver a safe working.
• Experienced in inspiring and motivating teams to deliver KRAs.
• Knowledge of clinical governance and patient safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience and safety.
• Ensure compliance with GPhC operating standards and clinical governance.
• Collaborate with store, regional and home office teams to resolve clinical or service queries.
