Job summary

Asda is seeking a Pharmacy Practice Manager in Golborne to blend patient care with store performance. You will lead the pharmacy team, oversee both clinical services and commercial targets, and report to the Area Manager.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage locums, and support NHS/private services, fostering a patient‑focused environment across shifts in a hybrid working context.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• Experience leading a pharmacy team and delivering NHS/private services.
• Ability to balance clinical duties with store leadership responsibilities.
• Compliant with GPhC standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient care.
• Manage the store Pharmacist and Pharmacy Colleagues to meet targets.
• Deliver national and local NHS services and private healthcare services.
• Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance across shifts.
