Job summary

Asda is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Practice Manager in Golborne to lead the store pharmacy team and deliver patient care with a commercial focus. You will manage the Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues, drive NHS and private services, and ensure high standards of safety and customer service.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will coach, develop and motivate your team, balance line management with clinical duties, and contribute to achieving pharmacy KRAs while upholding GPhC standards and

Qualifications

• Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• Accredited to deliver NHS and private services.
• Able to balance line management and pharmacy duties.
• Motivate and develop the pharmacy team to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store Pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient care.
• Manage the store Pharmacist and colleagues, ensuring compliance with GPhC standards.
• Drive NHS and private services and achieve pharmacy KRAs.
• Provide strong leadership to maintain patient safety and service quality.
