Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Worcester Park to lead a pharmacy team, drive patient care, and manage stock and operations in line with GPhC standards. The role includes developing healthcare services for the local community and leveraging clinical expertise to support patients, with strong support from the Regional Healthcare Manager.

GPhC registration is required; Independent Prescriber welcome.

Qualifications

• GPhC registered pharmacist
• Community pharmacy experience preferred
• Independent Prescriber qualification welcomed but not essential
• Newly qualified pharmacists are encouraged to apply
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Commercial awareness and understanding of NHS pharmacy funding

Lead the Way in Community Healthcare - Become a Superdrug Pharmacy Manager!

Location: Worcester Park (KT4 8DY)

Hours: 47 hours per week - alternate Saturdays

Part-time applicants also welcome!

Salary: Up to £67,000 FTE - negotiable depending on experience
