Job summary

Superdrug Pharmacy is seeking a capable Pharmacist Manager in Falmouth to lead a busy community pharmacy. You will oversee the team, supervise stock and operations, and ensure GPhC standards while driving patient care and service expansion in your local area.

Lead the Way in Community Healthcare – Become a Superdrug Pharmacy Manager!

Location: Falmouth

Hours: 45 hours per week – alternate Saturdays

Part-time applicants also welcome!

Salary: Up to £69,000 FTE – negotiable depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading your pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional patient care
• Managing stock, operations and GPhC (PSNI) standards
• Driving commercial success and ensuring compliance
• Delivering and developing pharmacy and healthcare services to meet the needs of your local community
• Using your clinical expertise to support patients with a wide range of healthcare needs
• Receiving direct support from your Regional Healthcare Manager
• Playing a key role in shaping the future of Superdrug's healthcare offering

• GPhC registered pharmacists

Community Pharmacy Experience Preferred

• Independent Prescriber qualification welcomed but not essential
