Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Worcester Park (KT4 8DY). This full-time role offers 47 hours per week with alternate Saturdays and welcomes part-time applicants. Salary up to £67,000 FTE, negotiable by experience.

The successful candidate will be GPhC registered, with strong leadership, patient care and NHS funding understanding, leading a busy community pharmacy within a growing healthcare network.

Qualifications

• GPhC registered pharmacist as a must.
• Community pharmacy experience preferred.
• Independent Prescriber qualification welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Leading your pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional patient care.
• Managing stock, operations and GPhC (PSNI) standards.
• Driving commercial success and ensuring compliance.
• Delivering and developing pharmacy and healthcare services to meet the needs of your local community.
• Using your clinical expertise to support patients with a wide range of healthcare needs.
• Receiving direct support from your Regional Healthcare Manager.
• Playing a key role in shaping the future of Superdrug's healthcare offering.
